Bush has over 20 years experience as a communications attorney and is a Partner at Skadden, Arps. She had previously worked with Skadden, Arps, before becoming Executive Vice President of Northpoint Technology and Broadwave USA, which was a system of satellite-terrestrial sharing. Prior to joining Skadden, Arps, Bush served as senior counsel to the Communications Subcommittee of the U.S. Senate Commerce, Science and Transportation Committee. From 1981 until she joined the U.S. Senate Committee staff, Bush practiced law in Washington, D.C. She advised clients regarding the acquisition and sale of broadcasting stations, companies and represented clients in proceedings before the Federal Communications Commission. Bush remains active in communications policy issues and speaks often to companies and organizations regarding developments in this area.

With over 20 years of experience in fund-raising for non-profits, Baccus offers a proven track record of success in launching new campaigns and focused initiatives rallying both public and corporate sponsorship support. Baccus earned a Master of Science in Education from the City College of New York and completed a B.A. in Government Studies at Boston University. Although a native of Austin, Texas, Baccus, recently widowed, has lived in Atlanta, George for more than 25 years.

Mark D. Goodman received his master’s degree in philosophy and economics from Tufts University in Boston, and his bachelor’s degree in philosophy and economics from the College of Wooster in Ohio. Goodman recently resigned from his position at Save-A-Lot. He joined Save-A-Lot in April 2007 as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. Mark was responsible for leading and managing retail operations for Save-A-Lot’s network for 1,200 stores. His areas of responsibility included overseeing the company’s licensed retail groups, merchandising, vendor management and supply chain efforts. Before joining Save-A-Lot, Mark held the position of Executive Vice President, Marketing, Membership and E-commerce for Wal-Mart/Sam’s Club in Bentonville, Arkansas. Prior to that, he served at McDonald’s Corporation as Corporate Vice President, U.S. Strategy and Operations. He had responsibility for full operations and management of a Midwest-based business unit. He is active in nonprofit organizations including serving on the board of directors for Eton Academy and The HistoryMakers. Mark and his wife reside in St. Louis.

H. Melvin Ming, Chief Operating Officer

H. Melvin Ming was born in Hamilton, Bermuda. Ming began his career as a certified public accountant, working for the accounting firm of Coopers and Lybrand in Philadelphia and Washington D.C. Afterwards, from 1983 to 1984, Ming served as Vice President of finance and administration for National Public Radio in Washington, D.C. He later went on to serve as the chief financial officer and chief administrative officer at Thirteen/WNET in New York and as the chief operating officer for WQED in Pittsburgh. Shortly afterwards, in 1997 Ming became the chief financial officer for the Museum of Television and Radio in New York until 1999. That same year, he became the chief financial officer for the Sesame Workshop and in 2002 he was promoted to chief operating officer for the Sesame Workshop. Mel Ming lives in New York, New York.

Al B. Reid has over 20 years experience as a corporate development executive and strategist. He currently serves the executive management team by providing strategic advisory and operational management support for Abbott’s global businesses. Julieanna L. Richardson,

Founder and Executive Director of The HistoryMakers, Richardson has a diverse background in theatre, television production and the cable television industries. A graduate of Brandeis University (Theatre Arts and American Studies) and Harvard Law School, she worked as a corporate lawyer prior to serving in the early 1980s as the Cable Administrator for the City of Chicago's Office of Cable Communications. There, she established the Chicago Cable Commission, the City's regulatory body. She went on to found Shop Chicago, a regionally based home shopping channel. For eight years, her production company, SCTN Teleproductions, managed three local cable channels for TCI, the nation's largest cable operator, at the time. SCTN Teleproductions served as the production arm for C-SPAN, Peoples Energy, ESPN, the Economic Club of Chicago, AT&T Broadband, and Prime Cable.

Chris Simmons is the Managing Partner for PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP ("PwC") for the Washington Metro Market, which includes PwC offices in Washington, D.C.; Northern Virginia (Tysons Corner); Baltimore and Richmond (Virginia). Prior to his appointment as the Managing Partner Washington Metro Market, Simmons was a member of PwC's United States Leadership Team, and one of eight direct reports on the staff of the CEO. Prior to joining PricewaterhouseCoopers in 1992, Simmons was a Vice-President in the Corporate Finance practice at Bankers Trust Company of New York, where he led the analysis and structuring of large leveraged buyout financings, and other finance transactions. Prior to that experience, Simmons spent a total of five years in local sales and national marketing positions with IBM (based in Philadelphia) and Wang Laboratories (Lowell, MA), respectively. Simmons earned his B.A. and M.B.A. degrees from Harvard University. Among other activities, Simmons is a member of the Executive Leadership Council and the board of the Association of Latino Professionals in Finance and Accounting.
