The University of Illinois at Springfield (UIS) hosted former U.S. Senator and Ambassador to Fiji, Carol Moseley Braun, for The HistoryMakers’ Dr. Frances G. Carroll 2008-2009 Speaker Series called Agents of Change on Wednesday, February 4, 2009. A reception was held following the program which began at 6 p.m. in the Brookens Auditorium on the campus of UIS (One University Plaza Springfield, Illinois 62703).
