On October 8, 2005 The HistoryMakers hosted the 4th installment of its Meet The HistoryMakers: A Day of Education at The California African American Museum in Los Angeles, California.
Meet The HistoryMakers: A Day of Education was conceived as a day of seminars designed to expose public school teachers, librarians and students to the educational resources created by The HistoryMakers, the nation’s largest African American video oral history archive.
Attendees experience first person testimony from notable HistoryMakers, oral history workshops and training, computer labs and innovative and interactive curriculum. Meet The HistoryMakers: A Day of Education is truly a unique educational opportunity.
